NEW PROJECT COMING SOON 18.8.13
We will shortly have in our possession a pulsar based jeep known as a Nissan Rasheem, which we are importing at the moment. The car runs a full pulsar chassis and is constant 4wd same as the pulsar, Will be a very interesting project once we get the vehicle delivered to us and will be our winter project to turn this into somewhat of a beast as it will be running a full ppg dogbox as well as a supercharger and many other mods too, plus the car will be fully road legal as well as a sleeper trackday weapon that will surprise many a car on circuit. I will update with more details as the build progresses through the winter months.

we are currently doing a full stripdown on the car in pic below, the underside has now been completed with polybushed and rose jointed everything, we have also had most of the underparts all powdercoated. hopefully this will all in turn enhance the handling on the finished car.
engine has been removed as we are going to respray the car in nissan superwhite and follow the marlboro colour scheme in red (no stickers all painted) our logo will then be added to body of car.
spraying and rolling shell should all be completed by july time, then its time to crack on with building the power plant and transmission.
were aiming to have car completed by autumn so we can then carry out testing and adjustments over winter, il post a full spec on this car as the project reaches its latter stages

CAR IS NOW COMPLETED AND READY FOR A FEW TEST DAYS……THIS IS HOW SHE LOOKS NOW AFTER EXTENSIVE WORK
engine were building for car is still not fitted as that will be run-in on a stock car till it has around 2-3k mileage on it before it goes on track, but heres the spec as to date:
forged engine from nme car running 86mm cp pistons
we swapped the cams to hks 264’s and added rocker stoppers as well as re-shim
aquamist water methanol injection with boost and overide solenoids (fitted but not yet setup)
2 in line walbro pumps (one in attain swirl pot)
blitz induction and ramair with collector box
gt286r tubby with custom 3” intake to afm
ported stock manifold
3” turbo elbow to 2 3/4” ex system
evo fmic with custom short pipework
58mm ally rad with 2 spal fans
avcr boost controller
16 row front mount oil cooler
solid ally o/s engine mount
battery relocated to boot
gearbox is a becker dogbox with fabricated titanium selectors (clutch as yet is unknown as is flywheel) b+m shortshifter
rear diff is a plated nismo
suspension proflex 2 way adjustable coilovers with independant reservoirs
full whiteline handling kit
polybushed everything on underside of car
brakes front are ap 4pot 310mm grooved….rear are larger godspeed grooved discs but stock calipers…. abs system completely removed and proportioning valve fitted from non abs car, full synthetic fluid used, brake master cylinder stabilizer fitted
20mm bolt on hub spacers
fully plumbed in extinguisher system fitted
cage is fully welded in right through dash to suspension turrets (custom cages i think)
seats are very l/w kevlar from nme car on custom brackets
full lexgard windows
