TERMS & CONDITIONS: PLEASE READ
All parts sold are guaranteed to be in full working order when sent and fitted to your vehicle. But please do bare in mind that these are secondhand parts, so there life span is unknown, unlike new parts these items carry no warranty.

All parts are not inclusive of delivery, this cost will be received on final quotation. Any item wrongly dispatched or found to be faulty on fitment can be exchanged for a like for like replacement, or the buyer will receive a full refund on purchase price once the item has been returned.

Any holding deposit left is valid for one month in which time the item must be collected or delivered by us, after this period unless the item is fully paid for (other than by prior mutual agreement) the item will be sold on

All items sent out are marked for identification purposes. Items will be dispatched within seven days of cleared payment, with larger items such as engines and gearboxes we will also endeavour to keep to this timescale, but sometimes this is not possible due to courier availability, engine removal etc. The customer will however be kept informed and updated on progress with the shipment. Any item sent out correctly and found on its return to be in full working order will be subject to a 20% handling charge. On any purchase where the buyer pays using paypal there will be 4% added to the total price to cover paypal fees, this is also non returnable upon item being returned to us for refund.

All modified vehicles sold by us are sold strictly on a ‘sold as seen’ basis and carry no warranty! These are 20 year old plus high performance and not mainstream cars. Therefore its impossible for us to check every single item fitted, although we do everything in our power to make sure the car you purchase is all in good order upon collection. Ultimately it is your responsibility to fully check vehicle before sale is agreed.

All items will be packaged and sent using a basic standard form of delivery, should the customer require a faster delivery service or one which carries extra insurance (other than standard) on dispatched items, then this will be solely upon their request, which we will quote for accordingly. Please note that it is the customers responsibility to ask for extra insurance cover on items sent out, the basic cover is for £50, we will not be answerable for any damage caused to goods during transit!
